The competitors of the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation came back from the European Open Weight Category Championship in Germany with 6 medals.

From our women Danaila Cherneva conquered the top in the open weight category for the second time. She received for the first time a tameshiwari  award, breaking 9 boards. Daniela Dineva took the 3rd place. From the junior-girls Stanislava Boycheva was a whole class over her opponents and deservedly became an European Champion in the category  -55 kg. In the next category + 55 kg,  Ivelina Dimitrova took the 2nd place after a disputable final. Aleksandra Marinova took the 3rd place.

From our men Stiliyan Petrov / 76kg/ made a miracle. He made it to eliminated consecutively some famous fighters and took the 3rd place.
