In the period from 28 to 31 October in the city of Varna, Bulgaria was held the final stage of preparation for the World Karate Kyokushin Championship.
30 top fighters from Europe took part in the camp. Due to financial support of the general sponsor Insurance and Reinsurance Company ‘’Armeec’’ we put the bases of a strong and united European team.
The practices were very interesting and beneficial. Each training has conducted by a different coach / from different country/. There were shown many different combinations and manner of conducting practices.
All Shihan, coaches and competitors express their contentedness from the holding of the camp and they thank for the given opportunity to be part of the new history of Kyokushin. The Shihan Hollander, Pinero and Drewniak rated very high the camp and express gratitude to all participants. The idea exist long time ago, but its realization became possible due to Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation and Insurance and Reinsurance Company ‘’Armeec’’. In next year is planning the holding of such several camps in whom is going to take part the best competitors from the European countries, together with their coaches. The purpose is to be created a strong and united European team.
The camp ended with sayonara party / for goodbye/. Everybody was dancing very much and had a grate fun. After the party the balance was that the kyokushin competitors are number one on the tatami and on the dance floor. During the whole camp the atmosphere was great and everybody was training very responsible and with high mood.
